Irvine, Ca -- July 1, 2008 -- JBServers.com -a leading web presence provider, today announced it has merged with Chains For Change LLC as a sub branch, C4C Media. Terms of the merger were not disclosed. The Merger between the companies will allow for the increased expansion of the Web Services department.
"These companies are a perfect match for each other." said Josh Bois, C4C Chief Technology Officer. "JBServers was able to build a successful presence by providing a great product and outstanding customer service. With this merger we will be able to continue our growth while we increase the services we offer and enhance our support department."
JBServers will remain the primary media and I.T. infrastructure company while other divisions of JBServers will change its name to C4C Media. Josh Bois will remain the Chief Technology Officer while Rick Jeffries has been named Chief Information Officer. New legal counsel and general business partners have been appropriately updated with the acquisition as well.
